2 Weeks in and I have lost 14 Pounds
It would seem the Low Carb High Fat(LCHF) Lifestyle I have adopted is having a positive impact.
My clothes are a little loose and I am feeling great. Not sure if it is related but in addition to the weight loss I have been sleeping much better. I do need to find a way to get more veggies into my daily routine. Everything I read indicates asparagus is a terrific option, but I can honestly say I have never in my life even tried it.
I found the video below as a way to combat the side effects of stress.
What do you think?
