I have incorporated ACV in my daily routine, taking a glass around 10:00 am and a second glass with my dinner. The ACV routine fits in nicely with my Low Card High Fat(LCHF) lifestyle and has replaced diet soda as my dinner time drink. I usually mix 2 TBSP of ACV, 2 TBSP of lemon juice a sprinkle of cinnamon with 16 oz of water.
