I am back with an update on My Health Life journey.
Since starting a LCHF Lifestyle, I have lost a total of 35 pounds and have dropped 4″ from my waist.
Although I have hit a plateau on the weight loss, I am not discouraged and have no desire to go back to my unhealthy eating habits.

I have been researching intermittent fasting and plan to give it a go for the next 30 days.
My goal is to drop another 10# before leaving for Grand Cayman.
