One Week In

Well, one week in and I am feeling good.

Carb cravings are going away and I find that a few peanuts at night seem to really help.

I started drinking Bullet-Proof Coffee for breakfast and found it really kept my hunger in check.

Weight loss this week – 9 lbs.
